The Brunch chair works closely with a Coordinator for planning and executing at a specific
brunch event.

Coordinator Responsibilities
:

Assists with the planning and execution of each brunch which includes greeting guests at the sign-in table at the door. 

  1. Receives and coordinates registrations from the database chair who brings the name tags.
  2. Receives the checks, (if there are any).
  3. Handles and records the payments collected at the registration desk.
  4. Sends documents onto the brunch Chair who then forwards them to the Treasurer. 

As a “Thank you!”, the Brunch Coordinator does not pay the sign-up fee.
