Liaison’s responsibilities are threefold:

1) Select Regional Leaders from four regions (Baltimore, Annapolis, Northern Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania). Also, select data collectors for the two types of sails (overnight cruises and day sails).

2) Organize and present the coordinator’s training program at the Cruising Kick-Off event.

3) Keep Regional Leaders updated with current cruising forms, Coordinator’s manual, and cruising information.
